We messaged Dominik through WhatsApp and he was extremely helpful and replied super fast. Great communication and flexible service. Drop off and pick up from desired location and we were able to pay cash in hand when we picked them up! So much fun, and really easy to use when on them. A great company and would recommend to anyone wanting to use them in Kraków!

The stalls with traditional Polish foods/snacks and the festive lights make it a great place to visit. I do not usually write reviews but I felt this was truly a personal tour and not commercialised like what you see with other tour providers. We had lots of questions which were answered by the tour guide with no hesitation, very passionate about the city! Again amazing and I highly recommend!

Communication was great and also recommendations (places to visit & eat) were given to us after the tour which were there helpful.

They were fully explained on how they worked and they event sent me an interactive map of where we could go to eat like food stalls and even a few bars that they recommended! Great way to see amazing bits of Krakow!

We covered... read more a big area of Krakow. Much easier than a walking tour and more personal than listening to a pre recorded commentary. If in doubt, definitely give it a go.
